The centrepiece of the MiniChef is the Easy Flip funnel, which gives you the choice between indirect heat distribution and direct heat on the grill grate. Simply insert the funnel into the grill in the desired position. For indirect grilling, the funnel is inserted into the kettle grill with the larger opening facing upwards. This allows the resulting heat to rise up the sides of the grill ball and distribute evenly. The advantage of this indirect grilling method is that the food no longer needs to be turned when the lid is in place. For direct grilling, the funnel of the P-420 G MiniChef is inserted with the large opening facing downwards in the grill sphere. This allows the heat to be directed straight to the centre of the grill. In contrast to the indirect grilling method, the grill lid does not need to be fitted when using the direct method. The powerful ring burner of the MiniChef 420 G gas barbecue ensures rapid heating in the cooking chamber and hot temperatures on the grill. Great branding is therefore no problem. At the same time, the funnel protects the burner from dripping fat. This effectively prevents a fat fire. The MiniChef 420 G impresses with its sturdy construction. The ball, grid, funnel and burner are porcelain enamelled and are therefore easy to clean. The sturdy integrated lid hinge keeps the lid securely open. At the same time, the MiniChef can be stored easily and compactly thanks to the removable side shelves.
