The 2-in-1 brush and scraper is optimised for use with ovens from 16 to 24 inches. It features durable, semi-flexible G430 stainless steel bristles designed for easy removal of ash, residue or excess flour from the pizza stone surface. The edge of the stainless steel scraper is ideal for removing stubborn stains from the stone.
Robustly built, it is made from durable bamboo with a modern black lacquered finish and high quality stainless steel.
