With instant gas ignition, the Ooni Koda is ready in 15 minutes and can reach temperatures of up to 500 °C (932 °F). With the heat control switch, you can prepare Neapolitan-style pizza in just 60 seconds, as well as roasted fish, vegetables, and steaks.
