The quickest and most convenient way to provide strain relief and sealing with cable glands on cable junction boxes and enclosures is the tried-and-tested V-TEC VM cable glands from OBO. With the integrated sealing lip and special OBO lamella technology, protection class IP68 is achieved. Strain relief and tightness are tested in accordance with DIN EN 50262. The connection threads are metric and can therefore be used universally. Once screwed in, the installation lasts forever: the optimum thread adaptation with the correct pitch ensures permanent vibration resistance. Applications range from private homes with cable junction boxes to industrial applications in distribution cabinets.
