Product details

Applications: Flexible hose for hot and cold gases, high-temperature extraction in furnaces, foundries, blast furnaces, smelters, ceramics industry, glass industry, steelworks, aluminium smelters, dark radiators, and ceiling heaters for hot air ducting.

Properties: Scuff protection due to external clamping profile, tension-resistant clamping of the wall in the clamping profile, highly flexible and compressible 3:1, very good heat resistance, flame-retardant according to DIN 4102-B1, RoHS compliant, and very good for flying sparks and welding spatter.

Construction: 1. Clamping profile support spiral made of galvanized steel, 2. Wall reinforced with stainless steel wires and specially coated glass fabric.

Temperature range: -60 °C to 400 °C, briefly up to 450 °C.
