Applications: Flexible hose for high throughput of abrasive powder, bulk material, granules, and gases. Suitable for granule conveyor, vacuum and suction conveyor, big bag filling/emptying, shredder, mill, extruder, injection moulding, and PCB drilling machine. Ideal for dosing systems, powdering, and powder dusting in various industries including printing, construction, and packaging. Specific uses include air supply for offset printing machines, conveying of seed and fertilizer, and raw material conveying for sand, quartz, gravel, and chips. Features: Heavy duty, highly abrasion resistant, increased pressure and vacuum resistance, microbe resistant, good oil, petrol, and chemical resistance, very good cold flexibility, flame retardant to UL94-V2, flame retardant according to DIN 4102-B1, and permanently antistatic wall with specific contact and surface resistance. Construction: 1. Spring steel wire firmly cast into the wall, 2. Wall made of permanent antistatic premium ester polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), 3. Wall thickness approximately 1.4 - 1.5 mm.
