Applications: Flexible hose for liquids, powders, bulk materials, granulates, and gases. Suitable for the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, vacuum conveyors, suction conveyors, dosing systems, and the plastics industry. Ideal for conveying granulates and powders, big-bag filling and emptying, shredders, mills, extruders, injection molding machines, and various transportation modes including airplanes, rail vehicles, and boats. Also used in agriculture for watering, fertilizers, insecticides, and animal feed systems. Applicable in the construction industry for groundwater lowering and sanitary installations.

Properties: Heavy type, very high pressure, vacuum, and crushing strength. Wall is food safe according to EU Regulation 10/2011 and EC 1935/2004. Good alkaline solution and acid resistance, good chemical resistance, conforms to RoHS, and manufacturing process complies with GMP EC 2023/2006.

Construction: 1. Spring steel wire embedded in the wall. 2. Inside and outside smooth, wall made of high-quality soft PVC. 3. Wall thickness approximately 3 - 8 mm depending on the diameter.

Temperature range: -20 to +70°C (short-term up to +80°C).
