Product details

Applications: Extraction, dust removal and filtering system, oil mist extraction, explosive area, wood dust extraction, wood chips: Furniture production, sawmill, CNC machine, CNC machining centre (especially for fast moving), bellows, compensator.

Properties: Lightweight, highly flexible and compressible 4:1, abrasion resistant, microbe resistant, good oil, petrol and chemical resistance, flame retardant according to DIN 4102-B1, permanently antistatic wall: Contact resistance and surface resistance.

Construction: 1. Spring steel wire embedded in the wall, 2. Wall: Resistant to aggressive woods and wood preservatives, permanent antistatic premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), 3. Wall thickness approximately 0.4 mm.

Temperature range: -40 °C to 90 °C, briefly up to 125 °C.
