Applications: Flexible hose for gases, abrasive dust, powders, fibers, extraction, dust collection and filtration, oil mist, paint vapors and chemical vapor extraction, extraction arm, gas pendulum hose on loading arm, hazardous area, livestock barn ventilation, bus, caravan, ship, yacht; ventilation, heating, clean room ventilation, machinery for semiconductor manufacturing, bellows, compensator.

Features: Super lightweight design, highly flexible and compressible 3:1, abrasion-resistant, microbe-resistant, good oil, gasoline, and chemical resistance, very good cold flexibility, flame-retardant according to DIN 4102-B1, flame-retardant according to UL94-HB, wall permanently antistatic with contact resistance and surface resistance.

Construction: 1. Spring steel wire embedded in the wall, 2. Wall: permanently antistatic premium ester polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), 3. Wall thickness approximately 0.4 mm.

Temperature range: -40 °C to 90 °C (short-term up to 125 °C).
