Antistatic polyurethane hose, lightweight, microbe resistant and flame retardant.

Applications: Flexible hose for gases and abrasive dusts, powders, and fibres. Suitable for PCB drilling machines, extraction systems, dust extraction systems, filter systems, oil mist extraction, extraction arms, and the chemical industry for chemical vapours, gas pendulum hoses on loading arms, paint vapours, and paint mist extraction. Ideal for hazardous areas and the textile industry for fibre extraction in spinning machines, knitting machines, and weaving machines. Also used in animal house ventilation, clean room ventilation, and semiconductor manufacturing machines. For surface treatment, it is suitable for shot blasting media and sand blasting media recirculation, such as in blasting cabins, shipyards, strippers, floor milling machines, and grinding machines. It can also serve as a heating hose with an outer protective layer.

Properties: Light and reinforced design, highly flexible and compressible (3:1), abrasion resistant, microbe resistant, good oil, petrol, and chemical resistance, very good low-temperature flexibility, flame retardant according to UL94-HB and DIN 4102-B1, and wall permanently antistatic with contact resistance and surface resistance.

Temperature range: -40°C to 90°C, briefly up to 125°C.
