Antistatic polyurethane hose, medium weight, microbe resistant and flame resistant.

Applications: Flexible hose for abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate, and gases. Suitable for printed board drill (PCB), offset printing machine air supply, air supply cabinet, cooling air for UV dryer and IR/infrared dryer, exhaust system, dust extraction system, filter system, oil-mist extraction. Used in the chemical industry for chemical vapours, vapour recovery hose on loading arm, paint fumes, and paint mist extraction. Applicable in potentially explosive atmospheres, textile industry for fibre extraction in spinning machines, knitting machines, and weaving machines. Ideal for animal shed ventilation, clean room ventilation, semiconductor production machines, compressors, regenerative compressors, vacuum pumps, pressure pumps, and surface finishing processes like shot peening and sand blasting material return. Also suitable for municipal vehicles such as sweepers, lawnmowers, embankment mowers, and leaf vacuums/collectors, as well as scrubber machines and floor cleaning machines. Can be used as a heating hose with an outer hose as a protective layer.

Properties: Medium weight type, highly abrasion-resistant, microbe resistant, good oil, petrol, and chemical resistance, very good low temperature flexibility, low flammability according to UL94-V2 and DIN 4102-B1, wall permanently antistatic with volume resistance and surface resistance.

Temperature range: -40°C to 90°C, short-term up to 125°C.
