Properties: Medium weight type, highly abrasion-resistant, wall food safe to FDA FCN 21 CFR 177.1680 and 177.2600, odourless and tasteless, microbe and hydrolysis-resistant, good oil, petrol and chemical resistance, very good low-temperature flexibility, wall permanently antistatic: volume resistance and surface resistance < 10??, in accordance with TRGS727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU: for the pneumatic transport of combustible dusts and bulk materials (Zone 20, 21, 22 internal), for the aspiration of combustible dusts (Zone 22 internal), for conveying combustible liquids (internal Zone 0, 1, 2), for conveying non-combustible liquids, for use in Zone 1 and 2 (gases), for use in Zone 0 (gases), to DIN 26057 Type 2, conforms to RoHS, manufacturing process to GMP EC 2023/2006.
Construction: 1. Fixed spring steel wire cast into the wall, 2. Wall: permanent-antistatic premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), 3. Thickness of wall approx. 0.7 mm.
Temperature range: -40 to 90°C, short-term up to 125°C.
