Product details

Applications: Flexible hose for gases, abrasive dusts, powders, fibres, extraction, dust collection and filtration, oil mist, paint vapour and chemical vapour extraction, extraction arm, gas pendulum hose on loading arm, hazardous area, animal stall ventilation, bus, caravan, ship, yacht; ventilation, heating, clean room ventilation, semiconductor manufacturing machine, bellows, compensator.

Properties: Super light version, highly flexible and compressible 3:1, abrasion resistant, microbe resistant, good oil, petrol and chemical resistance, very good cold flexibility, flame retardant according to DIN 4102-B1, flame retardant according to UL94-HB, wall permanently antistatic with contact resistance and surface resistance.

Construction: 1. Spring steel wire embedded in the wall, 2. Wall: Permanent antistatic premium ester polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), 3. Wall thickness approximately 0.4 mm.

Temperature range: -40 °C to 90 °C (briefly up to 125 °C).
