Applications: Flexible hose for high throughput of warm and abrasive powder, bulk material, granules, and for warm gases. Suitable for film blowing lines, cooling air at extrusion dies, offset printing presses for air supply, air supply cabinets, and cooling air for UV and infrared dryers in the textile industry. Also used for steam extraction in steam irons, steam ironing machines, ironing presses, compressors, side channel compressors, vacuum pumps, and pressure pumps.

Features: Medium weight, highly abrasion resistant, very good heat resistance (better than comparable TPE and neoprene), good oil, petrol, and chemical resistance, very good cold flexibility, RoHS compliant, REACH compliant.

Construction: 1.2 wall: Patented special premium high-temperature polyurethane HT-PUR (Pre-PUR®), 3. wall thickness approximately 1.0 mm.

Temperature range: -40 to +125 ºC (short term +150 °C).
