The D0 fuse system is used in low-voltage installations where fuse inserts are accessible to laypersons and can be replaced by them. It is the most modern screw fuse system designed for 400 VAC/250 VDC. The sizes D01, D02, and D03 form the D0 system. D0 fuse bases are used together with D0 fuse inserts to protect cables and installations. D0 fuse inserts safely disconnect excessive currents and short-circuit currents up to the rated disconnection current. They also protect electrical devices and installations from the electrodynamic effects of high short-circuit currents. Complies with DIN VDE 0636-3, DIN EN 60743. The sleeve fuse inserts and the design of the fuses ensure that larger fuses than those permitted for the circuit cannot be screwed in. EAN: 4086500010769.
