MEM DICHT-FIX is a versatile sealing compound that is ideal for small repairs and sealing measures. This easy-to-use sealant adheres reliably to various construction substrates, even when they are damp or wet. These include materials such as roofing felt, welding membranes, fiber cement, plastic, and wood. The permanently elastic and crack-bridging formula ensures that the sealant is immediately waterproof, even under adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, and frost down to -5°C. Additionally, the product is reinforced with dralon and carbon fibers, enhancing its durability and resilience. MEM DICHT-FIX is UV-resistant and remains stable even under intense sunlight without becoming porous. It is also free from bitumen, asbestos, and tar, making it a safe choice for roofing and flat surface issues.
