Maverick BBQ PT-100BBQ ProTemp

Each individual Maverick ProTemp PT-100BBQ thermocouple thermometer is factory calibrated after production, and this is documented in a test report included in the user manual. The Maverick ProTemp excels as a quick measurement device, particularly with its response time of 3-4 seconds, an accuracy of +/- 1°C over a wide measurement range of -40 to 230 °C, and its large backlit LED display. Reading the temperature from the display is possible even in very poor visibility conditions. Below the LED display, there is a useful table with temperature values for various types of food at different cooking levels (values are provided in °F).

Thanks to its sturdy housing and additional protectors on the key corners and edges, the Maverick ProTemp is sufficiently protected in case it is dropped. Additionally, the housing is water-resistant according to the IP44 standard, providing protection for the Maverick ProTemp in rainy conditions.
