The MODY hose coupling DIN 3238 from Magni is a high-quality safety coupling designed for use in demanding environments. It provides a reliable connection for hoses with a diameter of 25 mm and is particularly suitable for applications that require high sealing and temperature resistance. The coupling is equipped with an NBR sealing ring that is resistant to both steam and oil. Thanks to the special design with a safety double cam and displacement rings, self-disconnection of the connection is prevented. The materials are carefully selected: the head is made of ductile iron and the spout from galvanized steel, both are yellow passivated and meet the requirements for chromium VI-free material. With a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +95 °C, this hose coupling is suitable for a wide range of applications.
