It sets in 5 minutes and can bear loads after 15 minutes (the setting time refers to a material temperature of 20°C). Heat accelerates, while cold delays the setting process. It is suitable for quick installations, both indoors and outdoors, and it also stops water ingress, as it sets quickly even underwater.
