The Speed Forstner drill bit from kwb, with a diameter of 26 mm, is a highly developed tool specifically designed for woodworking. Made from heat-treated special steel, this drill offers a combination of durability and efficiency. The forged drill head with patented precision wave grinding ensures extremely precise and clean cuts, while the optimally sharpened and hardened cutting edges minimize the risk of tear-out at the edges of the drilled holes. The integrated centering point allows for exact positioning, which is particularly advantageous for larger diameters. The drill features low sliding friction and heat generation, resulting in a threefold service life compared to conventional Forstner bits. It is suitable for use in all drill and impact drill machines with a 10/13 mm chuck and can be used in both hardwood and softwood, as well as in coated particle boards, MDF boards, and veneered wood.
