The Speed Forstner drill bit from kwb is a highly advanced tool specifically designed for woodworking. It meets the DIN 7483 G standard and is made from heat-treated special steel, emphasizing its durability and efficiency. The drill head is forged and features a patented precise wave grind, which ensures extremely accurate and clean cuts. The optimally sharpened and hardened cutting edges allow for tear-free borehole edges, even with larger diameters. Equipped with a centering tip, the drill bit offers low sliding friction and heat generation, resulting in a threefold service life compared to conventional Forstner drill bits. The Speed Forstner drill bit is suitable for all rotary and impact drills with a chuck size of 10 or 13 mm and can be used for various types of wood, including hardwood, softwood, as well as coated particle boards and MDF boards.
