It is easy to use, and the results are convincing. First, select your type of meat and press a button to set the desired level of doneness – for a personalized result, you can manually adjust the preset core temperature. Then, insert the tip of the metal probe halfway into the thickest part of the roast. A signal will indicate when the core temperature is reached, and you can serve the roast. The thermometer comes with a portable receiver and a mounting clip, allowing you to move around freely and mingle with your guests or family. And when the alarm sounds, even latecomers will know it's time to take their seats at the table.
