It's easy to handle, and the results are convincing. First, select your type of meat and determine the desired level of doneness with the push of a button – for a personalized result, you can manually adjust the preset core temperature. Then, insert the tip of the metal probe halfway into the thickest part of the roast. A signal will indicate when the core temperature has been reached, and you can serve the roast. The thermometer comes with a portable receiver and a mounting clip, allowing you to move around freely and mingle with your guests or family.
