KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill with straight shank 2×D

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill with cylindrical shank from Komet is a highly advanced tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With a diameter of 46 millimeters and a working length of 123 millimeters, this drill offers excellent dimensional accuracy even under extreme machining conditions. The special surface treatment and optimized body strength ensure high performance and tool longevity. The drill is equipped with identical internal and external indexable inserts, making inventory management cost-effective. Additionally, the offset drilling allows for a maximum diameter adjustment of up to D + 0.5 mm, increasing flexibility in application. The KUB Pentron® is ideal for use in challenging machining situations and is supplied with clamping screws, but without indexable inserts.
