KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill with straight shank 2×D

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill from Komet is a highly developed tool designed for precise drilling under extreme machining conditions. With a diameter of 28.5 millimeters, this drill offers excellent dimensional accuracy and is ideal for demanding applications. The special surface treatment and robust body strength ensure a long lifespan and high performance. The drill allows for axial drilling with a maximum offset of up to 0.25 mm, making it particularly versatile. Additionally, the use of identical internal and external inserts reduces inventory costs. The KUB Pentron® is available in various versions, including with an ABS® shank and in inch sizes upon request. It is supplied with clamping screws but without indexable inserts, allowing for flexible adaptation to different machining situations.
