The HSS CO Hand Tapping Tool Set M from Ks-Tools is a high-quality tool set specifically designed for threading in various materials. This 3-piece set includes taper, plug, and bottoming taps, all manufactured according to DIN 352 and featuring a tolerance in accordance with ISO 2/6H. The right-hand cutting taps are ideal for creating through and blind holes and offer improved cutting performance due to their back-tapered flanks. Made from cobalt-alloyed high-performance steel, these taps are particularly robust and durable, making them suitable for use in unalloyed and low-alloy steels up to a strength of 900 N/mm², as well as in ductile cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The uncoated surface of the taps ensures smooth processing and minimizes wear.
