Boltless pipe racks with a shelf height of 1996 mm, shelf width of 1210 mm, and shelf depth of 995 mm. This rack is particularly user-friendly and flexible, featuring pipe steel shelves designed for bulky goods, which allows for better visibility of stored products and takes into account spaces with sprinkler systems. Double-sided use is possible as no cross-bracing is required. It is manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The rack stands are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated in light gray RAL 7035. Galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting are included, with floor mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The foot adjustment grid is 62.5 mm.

The pipe racks consist of square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and are coated in blue RAL 5015. Each shelf consists of 5 steel tubes.

The external dimensions for the base shelf width are 1060 mm and 1310 mm, while the extension shelf width is 1010 mm and 1260 mm. The shelf width including base plates for the base shelf is 1120 mm and 1370 mm, and for the extension shelf, it is 1010 mm and 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 10 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional shelves are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
