Boltless pipe shelves with a shelf height of 1996 mm, shelf width of 1210 mm, and shelf depth of 795 mm. These shelves are particularly user-friendly and flexible, designed for bulky goods to provide better visibility of stored products and suitable for areas with sprinkler systems. Double-sided use is possible as no diagonal bracing is required. They are manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The shelf supports are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated with light gray RAL 7035 plastic. Galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting are included, with floor mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The floor leveling mesh has a height of 62.5 mm.

The pipe shelves consist of square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm), coated with blue RAL 5015 plastic, with 5 steel tubes per shelf.

The external dimensions for the base shelf width are 1060 mm and 1310 mm, while for the extension shelf they are 1010 mm and 1260 mm. The shelf width including base plates for the base shelf is 1120 mm and 1370 mm, and for the extension shelf 1010 mm and 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 10 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional shelves are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
