Boltless pipe racks with a shelf height of 1996 mm and a shelf width of 1210 mm, designed for extension shelves with a shelf depth of 995 mm. This rack is particularly user-friendly and flexible, equipped with pipe steel shelves suitable for bulky goods, allowing for better visibility of stored products and accommodating spaces with sprinkler systems. It allows for dual-sided use, as no cross-bracing is necessary. The racks are manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The rack stands are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated in light gray RAL 7035. Galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting are included, with mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The foot adjustment grid is 62.5 mm.

The pipe racks consist of square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and are coated in blue RAL 5015. Each rack contains 5 steel tubes.

The external dimensions for the shelf width are as follows: base shelf: 1060 mm + 1310 mm; extension shelf: 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The shelf width including base plates is: base shelf: 1120 mm + 1370 mm; extension shelf: 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 10 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional shelves can be added as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
