Robust large shelving unit with wire mesh support modules, dimensions 2996 x 2330 x 600 mm, extension shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beams can be mounted and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The width of the base shelf without foot plates is the shelf width plus 100 mm; with foot plates, it is the shelf width plus 160 mm. The width of the extension shelf without foot plates is the shelf width plus 50 mm; with foot plates, it is the shelf width plus 80 mm. The shelf depth including foot plates is the shelf depth plus 10 mm.

The support frame consists of two steel posts with a thickness of 1.5 mm, coated in Blue RAL 5010. The "bottle profile" measures 50 x 50 mm. The crossbars and diagonals of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, and are bolted to the posts. Galvanized foot plates for floor anchoring are 3 mm high. Screws and dowels are available on-site. The floor adjustment grid has a spacing of 50 mm.

The shelf levels feature beams with Z-profile, light gray RAL 7035, plastic-coated. There are three suspension hooks with safety pins for mounting the beams. The wire mesh support modules are also light gray RAL 7035, plastic-coated.

The load capacities apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible, provided the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
