Heavy duty large shelf unit with wire mesh support modules, dimensions HxWxD 2496 x 2330 x 600 mm, add-on shelf. Designed for manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The support carrier can be mounted and adjusted without screws. Manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Wide base shelf - without base plates: Shelf width + 100 mm; with base plates: Shelf width + 160 mm. Wide add-on shelf - without base plates: Shelf width + 50 mm; with base plates: Shelf width + 80 mm. Shelf depth including base plates is shelf depth + 10 mm. The support frame consists of 2 steel posts with a thickness of 1.5 mm, coated in blue RAL 5010. The bottle profile measures 50 x 50 mm. Support frame beams and diagonals made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, are screwed to the posts. Galvanized base plates for floor mounting are 3 mm high. Floor adjustment grid is 50 mm.

Support beams feature a Z-profile and are coated in light grey RAL 7035. Three hook-in claws with safety pins are included for mounting the support beams. Wire mesh support modules are also coated in light grey RAL 7035. The safe working load values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is observed.
