Heavy, large shelving unit with wire mesh support modules, dimensions 2496 x 2330 x 800 mm, add-on shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The support frame can be assembled and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Wide base shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 100 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 160 mm. Wide add-on shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 50 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 80 mm. The shelf recess including base plates is shelf recess + 10 mm. The support frame consists of 2 steel posts with a thickness of 1.5 mm, coated in Blue RAL 5010. The bottle profile measures 50 x 50 mm. Support frame beams and diagonals made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, are bolted to the posts. Galvanized base plates for floor mounting are 3 mm high. Screws and dowels are provided on-site. The floor adjustment grid is 50 mm.

The support beams have a Z-profile and are coated in Light Grey RAL 7035. Three hanging claws with safety pins are included for mounting the support beams. Wire mesh support modules are also coated in Light Grey RAL 7035. The safe working load values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
