The battery-powered hydraulic cutter AS120-2 from Intercable Tools is designed for cutting aluminum and copper cables without steel reinforcement, up to a maximum diameter of 120 mm. It features a lightweight, compact, and robust design with a foldable, 360° rotating cutting head. The cutting edges are made of hardened steel, making them highly wear-resistant. The housing is made of fiberglass-reinforced, impact-resistant plastic.

The double-piston technology allows for ergonomic use, and the well-balanced 2-component grip enables fatigue-free one-handed operation. The 2-speed function is advantageous for positioning the tool on the cutting material, and the tool can be opened in any position with a left-right acting push button. An LED illuminates the work area.

The charging time is 50 minutes, with a cutting range of 120 mm diameter, a cutting force of 60 kN, and an operating pressure of 700 bar. The set includes a hydraulic battery cutter, an 18V/3Ah Li-Ion battery, a shoulder strap, a charger for 18V Li-Ion batteries, and a plastic case with a deep-drawn insert.
