It measures temperature in 3-5 seconds with an accuracy of ±1°C in the range of -50 to 300°C. The measurement range extends from -50°C to 300°C and can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The button cell battery (CR1632) is easily replaceable.

Operation is simple with one button: just insert the probe into the meat and press the button once to read the temperature. Hold the button for 8 seconds to enter calibration mode. Hold the button for 2 seconds to switch between °F and °C.
