Hultafors Dvardala

Dvardala is a perfect axe for hunting and forestry. It is a combination of several different types of axe, ideal for a day in the forest where you may encounter a variety of challenges. It has the same head type as the Hultafors Åby forest axe, but the handle is shorter than the latter at 440 mm (17 inches), making the axe easier to carry, e.g. in a rucksack. The shorter handle also makes it easier for employees to work with the axe close to the body. The axe is suitable for precision work such as carving or building shelters, fire pits and other things around a campsite. This is ensured by a well-proportioned handle recess and a semi-straight cutting edge with a flat and wide grind. The recessed grip allows the axe to be gripped directly at the head for maximum control.
