Outdoor oven lets you experience the joy of preparing food with fire. With this pizza oven you can prepare delicious fish, crispy breads, cooked vegetables or tender meat with less heat. Alternatively, stoke the fire and your pizza will be ready in less than five minutes. A small pizza shovel (without wooden handle) is also included. Additionally, an aluminum pizza shovel, pizza knife with stainless steel blade and thermometer can be used with it. The base prevents the legs of the oven from sinking into the ground and gives it a stable foundation. The outdoor oven is made entirely of 3 mm thick (0.12 inch) Corten steel sheets. Corten is a steel alloy that forms a protective layer of rust on its surface. When you order the outdoor stove, it will be delivered rust-free. As soon as the stove is placed outdoors, where it is exposed to different weather conditions, the rusting process begins. Depending on the living situation, the process of transformation from bare to rusty steel can take anywhere from a few months to up to a year. The steel is supposed to rust so that a protective layer can form. It may be that some rust flakes come off during the first phase of the rusting process. However, after a while this stops and the furnace gets its final appearance. In the upper part of the furnace there are two bricks made of high quality cordierite. This material has a very low thermal expansion, which is ideal for use in ovens. The stones withstand temperatures of over 1000°C and are perfectly suitable for preparing food on them.
