The granite-like material is particularly robust and has been specifically developed for kitchen requirements. Only rounded quartz particles from Germany are used for Hansgrohe SilicaTec. The hardest component of granite creates a smooth, hard, and above all, pore-free surface that is easy to clean. Dirt simply beads off. The material is UV and heat resistant. Since bacteria cannot penetrate the surface, it is also food-safe and particularly hygienic. SilicaTec is colorfast and resistant to food stains.

Professional installation – diamond drill included. The built-in sink is mounted on top of a worktop that is 28-40 mm thick. It is suitable for a base cabinet starting from 60 cm. For individual positioning of the kitchen faucet, the sink features several pre-defined holes on the back. These can be cleanly and edge-free drilled out before installation using the included diamond drill. No additional filing is necessary. The drain assembly for single sinks is available separately in three variants: manual, automatic, or for Hansgrohe Select faucets.
