Haix Protector Ultra Class 2.0 GTX

High-quality processed upper material. The Haix Protector Ultra 2.0 GTX features a hydrophobic and breathable upper made of 2.8 - 3.0 mm thick suede leather. The seamless sides further reduce wear.

Lining and breathability. The lining incorporates the well-known Gore-Tex® Performance, ensuring waterproofing and breathability. The abrasion-resistant fleece interlayer, combined with the HAIX® Climate System, utilizes the pump movement generated while walking to transport moisture through the ventilation openings at the shaft and tongue, providing optimal climate comfort for all seasons.

Cut protection and safety. To guard against potential unpleasant incidents with a chainsaw, the Protector Ultra 2.0 GTX offers protection with its cut protection class 2 (24 m/sec.) according to EN ISO 17249:2013. Additionally, the anatomically shaped and padded HAIX® Protective toe cap protects the toe area.

Reliability and comfort. The stable, abrasion-resistant VIBRAM rubber/PU sole is excellent for any terrain and is torsionally stiff and shape-retaining, which reduces localized pressure. The PU cushioning wedge in the sole, with its lightweight design, enhances rolling comfort and provides good impact absorption. Furthermore, the sole is heat- and fuel-resistant and non-marking according to EN ISO 20345:2011. The comfortable insole is both cushioning and moisture-wicking, featuring separate heel cups for good foot guidance and cushioning. Additionally, the soft padded and stretchable shaft closure offers excellent wearing comfort and, with the rubber toe and heel protection, shields against dirt (e.g., sawdust). The shoe is completed with a two-zone lacing system that allows for separate adjustment of the shoe at the foot and shaft areas.
