The Flammflex 417 sealing compound from Gyso is a fire-resistant, non-flammable, one-component sealant formulated on an MS polymer basis. It is free from solvents, isocyanates, and silicones, making it an environmentally friendly choice for various applications. This sealing compound offers excellent weather and aging resistance, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Its strong adhesion to materials such as concrete, metal, wood, and various plastics ensures reliable sealing. Additionally, the sealant is paintable and can be overcoated, providing extra flexibility in application. With an allowable total deformation of approximately 25%, it can also adapt to movements in the substrates without losing its sealing capability.
