The DIN rail power supply is the ideal solution for devices that need to be permanently operational and rely on a stable supply of constant voltage (CV), such as doorbells, access systems, or sensors. Its compact, stepped design makes the power supply perfect for tight spaces with demanding heat requirements, such as in control cabinets or distribution boxes. The 12V power supply is suitable as a doorbell transformer, for operating surveillance and access systems, door openers, intercoms, bell systems, and more. With a width of 35.2 mm, it is particularly compact and can be quickly and easily mounted on a DIN rail with a hat profile using a click system, for example, in a control cabinet. The DIN rail transformer converts input voltage in the range of 100-240 V AC at 50/60 Hz into 12 V constant voltage. It features an adjustable DC output voltage of 10-14 V and a high efficiency. The switching power supply is particularly safe thanks to overvoltage, overload, and short-circuit protection, IP20 protection class, and safe electronic isolation according to protection class II. The 230 V to 12 V transformer is passively cooled by convection and connected via touch-protected screw terminals. It includes an integrated LED indicator that lights up continuously during operation or when the power supply is functioning correctly.
