According to DIN EN 1057, the medium is water, with temperatures of up to 90 °C for heating water and up to 25 °C for drinking water. The pressure rating for water is PN 10. The product is designed to seal holes, cracks, and porous areas and is also suitable for stainless steel pipes, provided that the outer diameter of the stainless steel pipe matches the outer diameter of the copper pipe.
