Product details
The GARDENA smart Sensor reliably measures soil temperature and determines soil moisture through an extra-large sensor zone exactly where it matters, at the roots of the plants. This can be done deep in the lawn and flower beds or in shallower flower pots. In combination with the GARDENA smart Water Control or smart Irrigation Control from the GARDENA smart system, the sensor ensures demand-oriented and efficient watering of the plants. The smart Sensor transmits the current status data to the GARDENA Gateway via radio. If the sensor measurement indicates that the soil is moist enough, the next watering is skipped. The flat sensor protrudes only 20 mm from the ground and can remain on the lawn where a robotic mower is in use without being damaged.
The AquaCount water meter from GARDENA not only helps to measure water consumption for irrigation at any time but also to save water sustainably. The garden water meter can be easily attached and operated: the battery-operated water meter is ready for use immediately and is easy to clean. It connects directly to the faucet or at the end of the hose and can be positioned both horizontally and vertically. The display is rotatable and easy to read in any position. Additionally, the clever one-button operation provides detailed insights into water consumption per day, per season, the exact consumption per irrigation event, and the flow rate per minute in liters. The AquaCount water meter also impresses with high-quality materials that ensure durability, frost resistance, and UV stability.
