Finally, a great application for the NFC interface: Finger gestures instead of mechanical buttons, switches, or dials program the timer 12.51. The data transfer works even without the timer being powered, as the smartphone itself induces the NFC chip to receive. An internal battery (replaceable) allows for power-free setup, programming, and status with a 6-year reserve and is used to maintain the program in case of a power failure. Simple programming of the daily and weekly programs is, of course, also possible with the joystick. The summer/winter time change is pre-set. The shortest switching time is 30 minutes. There is a safe separation between the power supply and contacts, with cadmium-free contact material.
