Product details
The PU mounting foam Falcofoam 2K from Falcone is a high-quality construction foam based on a two-component polyurethane system. This mounting foam cures through a chemical reaction, independent of humidity, making it particularly versatile. It is excellent for bonding, mounting, filling, insulating, and soundproofing. The application is straightforward, as the foam cures without pressure after application, making it ideal for installing door frames. The cured foam is semi-rigid, predominantly closed-cell, and offers high adhesive strength on various substrates such as masonry, concrete, metal, and plastics. Additionally, it is resistant to pests and rot, emphasizing its durability and reliability.
- Quick, even curing without the need for added humidity
- High adhesive strength on various common construction substrates
- Safe in its cured state, resistant to pests
- Easy to process with the valve facing down
- Free from CFCs and formaldehyde.
