Bolt-free shelving system, double row, shelf dimensions 1000 x (2 x 400) mm, galvanized, height 2000 mm, add-on shelf.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf level. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves using tension locks on the cross braces. The system is extremely robust and characterized by high-quality workmanship, bearing the quality mark RAL-RG 614.

Extensive accessories include galvanized back and side panels, dividers, base covers, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability due to the box profile, with perforations for attaching dividers at intervals of 50 mm. The shelf edge height is 40 mm, and the floor adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamp feet for floor mounting, with screws and dowels provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included and is required for each base shelf and every second add-on shelf. The double-row bolt-free shelving systems are reinforced with galvanized longitudinal beams, allowing for shorter picking distances through dual-sided loading and unloading of stored goods.

Please note that the shelf must be secured if the height exceeds five times the depth, using wall brackets (accessory). The safe working load values apply with even load distribution, and additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
