Bolt-free shelving system, double row, shelf dimensions 1000 x (2 x 500) mm, galvanized, height 2500 mm, extension shelf.

This double shelving system has a load capacity of 250 kg per shelf. It features quick snap assembly and easy alignment of the shelves thanks to the tension locks on the cross braces. The shelving system offers high load capacity and high-quality workmanship, certified with the RAL-RG 614 quality mark.

A wide range of accessories is available, including galvanized back and side panels, shelf dividers, base plates, and wall mounts. The galvanized shelves provide maximum stability through the box profile. The front and back shelves have a distance of 50 mm and perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessory). The shelf edge height is 40 mm, with a shelf adjustment grid of 25 mm.

The T-profile shelf frame includes steel clamping feet for floor mounting; screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. A galvanized cross brace is included, which is required for each base shelf and every second extension shelf.

The bracing of the double-row bolt-free shelves is achieved with galvanized longitudinal braces, allowing for shorter picking paths through double-sided loading and unloading of the stored goods. Longitudinal screws are included.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall mounts (accessory). The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
