The draining rack is made of stainless steel, and all parts are dishwasher safe. With this sprouting jar system, you can effortlessly and hygienically grow sprouts without soil. The angled position of the sprouting jars ensures the continuous freshness of the sprouts, as water can drain to avoid waterlogging and air can circulate. The seeds are soaked, rinsed, and grown in the sprouting jar until harvest. Please note that this sprouting jar is not suitable for mucilage-forming seeds. Mucilage-forming seeds include cress, arugula, mustard, chia, and flaxseed, which require a "resting ground." For these, cress sieves are suitable.
