Product details
Residual current circuit breakers (RCCBs) are components for implementing the protective measure "automatic disconnection of the power supply" in accordance with VDE 0100 Part 410 or corresponding international installation regulations. The DFS 2 series devices are compact two-pole residual current circuit breakers for single-phase networks. In the standard version, they require only two module widths. Despite their compact dimensions, various tripping currents and characteristics up to 125 A are available depending on the version. They also feature large two-stage connections for large conductor cross-sections, a practical multifunctional switch lever, and can be equipped with pre-made labels using free software.
The DFS 4 series devices are compact two- or four-pole residual current circuit breakers. In the standard version, they require only four module widths. While the DFS 4 devices are designed for alternating and pulsating direct fault currents in three-phase networks, they can also be used in single-phase networks. There are also special variants in AC/DC-sensitive designs (Type B, Type B+) for single or three-phase operation. Despite their compact dimensions, various tripping currents and characteristics up to 125 A are available depending on the version. They also feature large two-stage connections for large conductor cross-sections, a practical multifunctional switch lever, and can be equipped with pre-made labels using free software.
Switches with fault current characteristic A allow for the voltage-independent detection of sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating direct fault currents. Possible additional functions may be voltage-dependent. Devices in the standard version are intended for monitoring circuits with a rated voltage of 230 V or 400 V and a rated frequency of 50 Hz.
