Duroplast: This high-performance material with a ceramic-like appearance is ideal. It is an extremely break-proof hard plastic with a very hard surface, resistant to scratches, cigarette burns, UV rays, and aggressive cleaning agents. Even after years of use, thermoset retains its shine. Thermoset seats can also be easily printed.

Wood: WC seats made of solid wood or wood fiberboard (MDF) provide a pleasantly warm seat surface. Additionally, this material, in combination with others, allows for shapes and designs that are difficult to produce with plastics. Most wooden toilet seats bear the FSC® mark, which stands for responsible and socially just wood management, from forest management through all stages of production to trade.
