Decotric Decofill ready-mixed filler

Scope of application:

Decofill Finished Filler Interior is excellently suited for repairing, smoothing, and coating uneven, rough surfaces, as well as for the safe filling of prefabricated concrete elements, textured plaster surfaces, and interior areas. Decofill Finished Filler Interior is particularly stable and is ideally suited for leveling over glass fiber fabric. It can be used on all mineral substrates (plaster, concrete, brick, etc.), dispersion paints, and plasterboard. Not suitable for filling on wood, metal, glass, and plastic.

• Raw material basis: synthetic resin dispersion, fillers, additives, methyl cellulose
• Density: approx. 1.73 g/cm³

• Consumption: approx. 1.7 kg/m² at 1 mm application thickness
• Drying time: 4 - 7 hours depending on layer thickness, absorbency of the substrate, and ambient temperature

Surface preparation:
The substrate must be dry, load-bearing, and free from separating agents (dust, formwork oil, etc.). Remove old wallpaper, poorly adhering paints, and loose plaster. Deep holes and break-outs should be filled with Pre-filler Decomur Super-Adhesion Filler or Decofill Inside. Highly absorbent, sandy, or chalky substrates must be primed with Decotric Tiefengrund LF.

Processing:
Apply Decofill ready-to-use filler inside up to a layer thickness of max. 5 mm. Unevenness can be smoothed or sanded down when wet. Subsequent coats of paint and bonding should only be carried out after the filled surface is completely dry. Before coating with synthetic resin plasters, prime the filled surface with Decotric Tiefengrund LF. Do not use below +5° Celsius substrate and room temperature. Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Storage:
Store in a cool, but frost-free place. Keep the container well closed.
