The "Cozze" pizza oven was launched by Millarco in 2020. The name is derived from the Italian word for mussel, which also influenced the design of the pizza oven. The "Cozze" pizza oven was designed in Denmark, taking into account the famous Danish design traditions. The vision is to provide everyday households with "Cozze" pizza ovens and equipment, allowing them to prepare perfectly baked pizza at home. This portable "Cozze" pizza oven with a pizza stone from Millarco is quick and easy for baking pizza, flammkuchen, and vegetables. The built-in piezo gas ignition ensures instant flame creation and features adjustable temperature control as well as a temperature gauge for effortless preparation of pizza, flammkuchen, and vegetables. With an opening of 8 x 36 cm, the oven is easy to use and offers ample space for pizzas or calzones up to Ø 34 cm. The pizza oven reaches very high temperatures in a short time (about 20 minutes) and can therefore prepare restaurant-quality pizza and flammkuchen. After that, you can continuously bake delicious pizzas every 2 minutes. The oven is lightweight and easy to transport, making it suitable for use on a balcony, terrace, or campsite. The "Cozze" pizza oven comes with a 34 x 34 cm cordierite pizza stone. With a maximum temperature of 400° Celsius, we guarantee the best results - just like at an Italian restaurant.
